Success Case Replication - This was published in a FAO/ESCAP book "Success Case Replication," by Jan Orsini, a publication edited and designed by journalist Lance Woodruff. It's a manual for increasing farmer household income - poverty alleviation through market generated rural employment. A Mongolian Women's Federation poster was based on a floral diagram, each flower a group of enterprising and collaborative persons, each flower giving rise to other flowers; that's what inspired this graphic.
