Bill Kavanagh was a painter who lived on Long Island, New York. He began painting when he retired, and viewed it as an exciting hobby. He painted from photos he took on his many excursions into New England, and as far as Paris, France.
Sadly, Bill died in 2005. He had great energy, which he used to learn as much about painting as he could - color, composition, and more.
